Epigenetics Microarray

CD Genomics is a leading global company who can provide the best solution for worldwide customers in the field of microarray. We have successfully accomplished many projects in Epigenetics microarray. We guarantee the finest results for our customers all over the world.

The epigenome contains chemical modifications that form the physical structure of the genome. It can regulate gene expression and activate different genes at different times of the cell life cycle. Epigenetics plays an important role in growth, development and disease progression. Diet, stress and other environmental factors can cause epigenomic changes. The importance of epigenome has been recognized, with DNA methylation being the most critical in epigenetic research. Methylation is a major epigenetic modification of genomic DNA, which is closely related to many diseases such as cancer, aging, Alzheimer's disease, and so on. DNA methylation is an important way to regulate gene expression1. It is essential in cell differentiation, development, gene imprinting, X chromosome inactivation and tissue specificity maintenance. At the same time, the occurrence and development of many complex diseases, such as cancer, nervous system disorders and diabetes, are also closely related to DNA methylation. In the post-genome era, with the decreasing cost of high-throughput technology, we are increasingly aware of the complexity of life phenomena with massive data and research results. At present, the research frontier is more inclined to take a multi-group perspective: from genetics and epigenetics to transcriptome and metabolome, from mechanism to phenotype, to conduct integrated research to obtain global results. Epigenetics microarray is not only a powerful tool for cancer and other complex diseases, but also the most suitable DNA methylation technology for epigenome-wide association analysis (EWAS).

In the current demand for scientific research, our epigenetics microarray provides a cost-effective epigenetic solution with superior performance. CD Genomics provides a series of microarray-based tools for epigenetic analysis, which can deliver reliable, simple, economical and efficient solutions for the study of epigenetic modification and its impact on gene regulation to meet the rapidly changing needs in this field. We have epigenetics microarrays that serve as an effective methylation high-throughput screening technology, which can capture the methylation changes of a single base. The chip not only covers gene regions and CpG islands, but also includes methylation sites outside CpG islands, non-CpG methylation sites identified in human stem cells, promoter regions of microRNAs, and methylation sites differentially expressed in tumors and normal tissues. The methylation site could be detected directly and accurately with technical reproducibility of 98%. The CpG microarray (21MB covers 27800 CpG islands) of CD Genomics provides a comprehensive analysis of DNA methylation changes that may be related to key biological processes. CD Genomics human promoter microarray was optimized to use ChIP-on-chip-validated probes for location analysis of human DNA binding proteins. In addition, we also provide professional GenomeStudio Methylation software, which facilitates personalized analysis of scientific researchers. At present, most of the samples in the biological sample bank are formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded (FFPE) samples. These samples are not only numerous, but also contain detailed pathological and follow-up information. They are valuable materials for studying disease mechanisms. However, the quality of DNA extracted from FFPE samples is very low with serious fragmentation and a large number of unknown chemical modifications and crosslinks. CD Genomics improved the protocol for epigenetic detection to obtain more reliable and stable results from FFPE samples.
