PDX Model and TMAs Technology

Patient-derived xenograft (PDX) cancer models are a rookie in the field of tumor research, opening up new animal models for tumor research. PDX models constructed using immunodeficient mice are widely used in tumor research, targeted cancer therapy research, and cancer drug development. After inserting human cancer tissue into the mouse microenvironment, both human and mouse-derived molecules can promote the proliferation and invasion of implanted tumor cells. The construction cost of the PDX model is relatively high. Combining TMA technology can greatly improve the utilization rate of the model tissue samples. Such tissue array products can be used for clinical research in oncology and immuno-oncology. TMA containing duplicates of tissue samples from the PDX model can be combined with specific fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) experiments for dual-labeled species (human and mouse) to characterize the number of important tumor-specific phenotypic markers. The tissue microarray derived from the PDX model is a special tumor tissue microarray product.

PDX Model and TMAs Service

Our PDX model tissue sample library provide a variety of prefabricated formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) TMA samples. The pre-made PDX tissue array products include a series of models covering specific tumor types. A single model array or multiple combined tissue array products for lung, liver, esophagus, colon and other tumor types. You can choose to customize our PDX personalized array products, or you can choose the corresponding testing services to quantitatively and qualitatively detect specific biomarkers of different tumor types.
