Systems Biology and Precision Medicine

Metabolic diseases usually affect multiple systems and/or organs throughout the body. The progress of clinical research has also increasingly revealed the urgency of an overall understanding of these diseases, and thus the transition to precision medicine. Unlike traditional biology, which usually studies one gene or protein at a time, systems biology attempts to understand life at the system level and builds on the solid foundation of modern biology. The concept of systems biology has gradually become clear. Systems biology is the key to understanding biological systems at the system level, and ultimately becomes the key to the treatment of multiple complex diseases such as cancer, diabetes, obesity, and mental disorders. The ability to use system-level or global analysis tools for high-throughput analysis helps to gain a broader view. The development of "omics" technologies, such as genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics, is an important driving force for systems biology. Protein microarrays have high throughput, miniaturization and parallel analysis capabilities, and have become an important technology platform for systems biology.

Service

Our systems biology microarray service uses protein microarrays for system-level or global analysis. This service can perform single proteomic analysis, protein-protein interaction analysis or protein-ligand interaction analysis for clinical and non-clinical biological samples. This service can provide combinatorial array analysis, providing four main types of prefabricated protein microarrays or custom microarrays: proteomic microarrays, antibody microarrays, reversed-phase protein arrays, and lectin microarrays. You can choose to customize your microarray set or choose our microarray testing service on this basis. The service process includes array design, microarray fabrication, sample detection and analysis, and data analysis. The optional independent design content includes the selection of target set, probe modification, array specifications and layout design. Sample analysis and testing services after microarray printing include sample pre-processing, microarray hybridization and data harvesting. In addition, our data services include bioinformatics statistical analysis, data aggregation and annotation. Our one-stop service provides you with professional, convenient and efficient microarray services.
